I was worried my big fresnel would wobble on a lighter stand, but this floor stand feels rock solid with its wide base. The 15mm spigot connected perfectly to my light without any adapters needed.

The 15mm male spigot fits my larger fresnel lights perfectly, giving them a solid low-angle base. It’s sturdy enough that I don’t worry about tipping, even with a heavy head attached.

I needed a low stand to light a tabletop scene, and the 15mm spigot locks onto my fresnel perfectly without any wobble. It's solid enough to hold my larger light steady, even when I tilt it downward. Really glad I picked this up for studio work.
