Loading my 15-pound camera rig was a bit of a gamble, but this head handled it smoothly—the fluid drag is exactly what I needed for video panning. The quick release plate makes swapping between tripods effortless.

The pan handle is adjustable, which made a huge difference for me since I’m tall and usually end up hunched over my gear. For such a light head, it holds my camera setup steady without any wobble, and the fluid drag feels smooth when I’m tracking a subject. Exactly what I needed for video work.

The pan handle makes fine adjustments so much easier than fumbling with the head itself. It holds my heavy camera rig without any creep, yet it’s still light enough to carry around all day.
